We had a wonderful experience with King’s Preserve at Kingwood 55+ Active Adult Living. The community is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and truly designed with active adults in mind. From the moment you walk in, you can tell there’s a strong sense of pride and care throughout the property. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make residents feel comfortable and at home. The amenities are top-notch and create a welcoming environment where it’s easy to stay active and connected with others. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and vibrant 55+ community in Kingwood, this is definitely a place worth considering. Highly recommend!
This place is amazing. It’s very nice, it feels warm, homey, and peaceful. Everyone is so nice. The manager and assistant manager, and also the maintenance guys are so kind, and concerned about your well being and happiness. They make everything so nice and makes your move in very easy. I highly recommend this place. They have lots of activities for you to participate in, if you are interested. I wish we would have found this place as soon as we moved to the area.
Vinny! Vinny! Vinny!! Truly a rockstar when it comes to dedication and customer service. The entire team at Kings Preserve at Kingwood is absolutely EXCELLENT. So much so, my grandmother and my aunt are now residents!! From start to finish, they made my grandmother feel genuinely welcomed and cared for in her new home. Thank you for your commitment to excellence — you made this transition feel like a family affair, and we are so grateful. 🦁

I have been very happy living here. Our staff is very nice. There is a young man, Vinny at our front desk who is very helpful. It is refreshing to see a young person who knows how to deal with us senior people.
Such a wonderful place to live. Feels like a loving, caring community of friends. The staff is out of this world!!! Leslie, Danny, Hernan and manager, Angie. Vinny is amazing, always ready to lend a hand or give a kind word.
Kings Preserve at Kingwood is such a quiet and peaceful community — it’s truly a hidden gem! The staff here is always friendly and helpful, and you can tell they really care about the residents. Angie, the new property manager, has been doing an amazing job! You can see the positive changes and the pride she takes in keeping the property beautiful and well-run.
