5.0 · 5 reviewsWords can’t Describe the care and loving given to my mother who is a resident there. The owner, as well as staff has put my mind at rest, knowing my mother‘s attended to properly professionally and as a person.
I love this place. They treated my dad like family here. Mrs Shirley and Mr. Emanuel were so nice and available anytime I needed them. The house was always in order and clean, it's a nice newer house, as well. Mrs.Shirley cooks wonderfully, my dad enjoyed it very much here. This is not the type of home that tries to get in as many patients as possible. They actually care for your loved ones and they don't overcrowd the house or the rooms.I highly recommend this place and I would go back to it if need be for my dad.
The level of service and care administered at this facility is awesome. They took my Step-Father in and in no time he felt so much at home, though he was very reluctant to go. I will recommend Krystal for everyone who needs care. Thank you Krystal!

I wanted someone to care for my Dad for about two months and Krystal palace care was there, Shirley and her husband are lovely and very compassionate. Now I know the place to go when I need a full-time care for my Dad(Respite care.
Sometimes you have the fortune of discovering or that is simply just better than everything else. Without hesitation I can say that Krystal Palace truly is superior to the alternatives in the Houston/Richmond area for providing personal care.
