Friendly staff
A good place to live outside places to go
My family member has been at Landon Ridge for almost three weeks and the staff from the management to the caregivers to the concierge at the front entrance are top notch. Kind, compassionate, knowledgeable people who truly care about your loved one. We could not be happier with Landon Ridge.
Wreaks of pee the second that door opens. This place has gone downhill for the last two years (moving soon….). Even on days they have the “tour us” sign posted outside, it still smelllllsssss. If the smell of the entrance doesn’t deter you I don’t know what will. Next to impossible to sign up your loved one for services despite having signed multiple service forms multiple times…
I am very grateful for the assistance I received today while visiting a friend at Landon Ridge Assisted Living. People went above and beyond to help us solve a problem. Thank you!
Good morning, my experience at the property was great the building from landscaping to the lobby area was and the private meeting room was very clean and smells wonderful. This community would be a great place for mom and dad.
My dad lived here from 2019 to 2022 and we felt it was a good place for him. When my mother-in-law needed assisted living, we felt it would also be a good fit for her. She is very happy there and tells us this often.
I visited Landon Ridge Sugar Land Assisted Living and Memory Care. The actual nurse care and wound care were very good. The wound care nurse and the medication person were good. They did their job well. The rooms were a little bit old. The beds were just adequate. It needed to be updated. The dining area was nice. They didn't have a lot of activities. The patients sometimes would sit in the entrance on the walkway going in. They had a little patio in the back, but it was small.
