I would love to thank the staff that took their time in taking care of my mom ([name removed]) till her last day of her journey. We appreciate everything that was done for her(mom) the caring for that the staff gave her day by day .
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE at this place. I DON'T recommend you admit your loved ones here. My mom was admitted into Legend on [date removed], after she was discharged from the hospital, & we've had nothing but horrible service from this facility. My dad has brought up concerns to head nurse 3 times, I've brought up concerns as well twice and NOTHING has changed. There's no sense of URGENCY. There seems to be a LACK of COMMUNICATION between staff as to what needs to be done. First of all, you buzz the nurse and they NEVER come check what's needed by the patient. 35 minutes after we buzzed the nurse,…

There seems to be a LACK of COMMUNICATION between staff as to what needs to be done. First of all, you buzz the nurse and they NEVER come check what's needed by the patient. 35 minutes after we buzzed the nurse, I walked myself to nurse's station. Breathing treatments and medication aren't given to my mom as prescribed by doctor. CLEANLINESS- The sheets of her bed haven't been changed in heaven knows how long, because I see the same stain on sheet everyday that I go. My mom needs assistance to shower, and there has been days that she showers on her own. They ONLY shower their patients M/W/F. OVERALL BAD SERVICE.
