The nurses, nurse techs, med techs, assistive aides, housekeeping and dining attendants make LP feel inviting and home like. Communication and professionalism are top notch. Administration is accessible and quick to address any issues. We appreciate LP’s desire to improve and grow. Our mom is not thrilled with many of the dining options, however, alternatives are offered and we supplement as needed. Mom loves being outdoors! It would be nice to have a covered area with…

We have been extremely satisfied with the care, patience and compassion shown to our mom during her transition to Lewis Park! The nurses, nurse techs, med techs, assistive aides, housekeeping and dining attendants make LP feel inviting and home like. Communication and professionalism are top notch. Administration is accessible and quick to address any issues. We appreciate LP’s desire to improve and grow. Our mom is not thrilled with many of the dining options, however, alternatives are offered and we supplement as needed. Mom loves being outdoors! It would be nice to have a covered area with fans so the garden could be enjoyed regularly. Without a doubt, this has been an extremely challenging move for our mom. We are so grateful for the wonderful care and compassion shown to my 96 year old mother-in-law at Lewis Park Estates. We moved her from independent living about 5 months ago. And from the moment she moved in, Terri, Janet & the staff have made her feel welcomed, valued, and truly cared for. The caregivers are so sweet & go above and beyond to provide not only excellent daily care, but also kindness, patience, and respect. They have taken the time to get to know her as a person, not just as a resident, and that means so much to our family. We appreciate the way the staff keeps us informed. The facility is clean, warm & inviting. They truly take pride in making a safe & comfortable home for the residents. Just knowing that she is surrounded by people who care about her well-being gives our family great peace of mind. We highly recommend Lewis Park Estates to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be treated with dignity, kindness, and compassion.
We moved my FIL into Lewis Park Estates almost 3 years ago. He had been at a much more expensive place nearby. LPE was $2,000/month less for the same care! More importantly, LPE offers a warm sense of community among the residents and a caring staff. We’re very happy having our loved-one there!

My grandma lived here for about 1.5 years. The management changed recently and the headaches and financial issues they caused are unacceptable! The new management did not submit the paperwork to have the rent paid by long term disability for multiple months - luckily she had the funds to pay and wait for reimbursement, I cannot imagine the problems this would cause for someone who did not have the means to cover the rent. Unfortunately, my grandma passed February 2nd and the check for reimbursement was JUST received. Because she is gone, the money received has to go into a different account, through probate and many other hoops. The cost for this is SEVERAL thousand dollars, plus the countless hours spent with lawyers, setting up new bank accounts, etc. Had this been handled correctly, timely and professionally to begin with my family would not have to spend this time and money. It is really disappointing to have this stress on top of the grief we are experiencing Please be cautious when considering this place. Had grandma passed before the new management, this would have been a 5 star review...
The staff here are very friendly & helpful. Terri the ED is amazing! Everything is always organized & upbeat, the residents all look happy to be here everyime I visit. I would highly recommend this property for anyone who is in need.
They are trust worthy and take very good care of my mother.
Very little activities that were actually do because the coordinators are pulled in all directions which takes the time away from us
Recently had the opportunity to visit Lewis Park Estates and found it to be a beautiful place with very friendly staff. They were all so fun to talk to and seemed to genuinely care for their residents (and for those of us visiting). We visited with quite a few of the residents and found each to be happy and welcoming. A very lovely space for a loved one to live.
