Nurses, techs, reception, admitting, PT, OT, ALL staff seem to care deeply for the patients well-being - physically and emotionally. Food is amazing - tastes just like homemade (great flavors and textures, diversity of items). Clean facility. Very mild odors intermittently and in different areas but is well controlled. Highly recommend this facility. Insurance(s) covering costs so don’t know about pricing
Walked in numerous times on a family member yelling for help while unsmiling, non-greeting staff sat by in their phones. Never greeted us or spoke to or greeted our loved one as an actual person with a name. Couldn’t feed herself and there were always trays of uneaten food sitting there, no one cared. Needed to go to the bathroom and was told to go in her diaper. The head lady at the desk was abrasive, rude and just absolutely awful. She obviously was passing on her work ethics to the staff. Unless you want to be there all the time go elsewhere. Horrible.
I visited a wonderful group of residents. The staff is AWESOME. Plan on seeing you next time. Thank You Jim 'HotRod" Wells
Honestly this place is trash. If your elder person can at least care for themselves and advocate for themselves they are just fine. However if they need more extensive care or just a little TLC they WILL BE NEGLECTED! My grandmother needed to be transferred here for skilled nursing. She’s on a catheter, can’t walk, and feeding tube. Long story short she’s too much work for them. She’s wasn’t changed regularly. She has a leaking feeding tube that requires constantly cleaning and one day she was left without gauze or any covering for 7 hours. They didn’t even attempt to do daily hygienic things like brushing her teeth, washing her face. The lack of empathy and compassion is gone from this place. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
Today's meeting was very informative and answered all questions I had. The people my son and I met with today were attentive and appreciative of our concerns. I know my husband is getting good care. Thank you for all you do.
Every time I visit my niece, I meet at least one of the people who take care of her. They are always so kind and thoughtful of her and very helpful. If I get lost in all those myriad of hallways, someone notices and shows me the way. It’s very clean and doesn’t have that “nursing home smell” that I’ve experienced in other places. I’m very grateful my niece has such a nice place to stay. And most importantly, it appears that their therapies are truly helping her toward recovery.
Visiting a patient. Staff extremely efficient! Rachel was favorite OT person today. She came back to affix a leg rest needed by my friend! Great day, Rachel!💕🎉👏
The staff was professional and helpful in my visit to a resident. My first visit.
