I went to dining room and asked Ruben Alvarez for a cup of coffee. He said will let know CNA Rosalba. I took less than 30 seconds to get back in the room an Rosalba arrived with the coffee. This attitude shows a great servicing attitude and care for residents needs.
Found my mother on the floor 3x. So disturbed I removed my mother and then was billed for a month she wasn’t there. Something is not right at this place.
My grandma has only been here for a couple weeks, but we have had a good experience. There are some really great staff. Cynthia is our favorite nurse!

Amazing place. I’ve been there a couple of times. Everybody looks happy in there. Specially Ruben, the CNA, he makes the residents happy and I really like the music when he’s there. I totally recommend this place for your loved ones. They really care about them.
My mother Elena Rodriguez, lived at Los Arcos for about 10 months at the end of her life, and I’m truly grateful for the care she received during that time. The staff treated her with kindness, patience, and dignity every day. It brought our family comfort knowing she was surrounded by people who genuinely cared about her well-being. The team was attentive to her needs and supportive to our family during an emotional period. Even though her stay wasn’t long, the compassion and professionalism we experienced made a lasting impression. I’ll always appreciate the care Los Arcos gave my mother.
Excellent place for the loved ones. The staff is amazing on this place. I highly recommend it. 👌🏻❤️
Admin is awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Doctors and nursing staff are excellent. Facility is always clean. Residents are in good spirits and treated with compassion and care.
