Resident & family reviews
3.5 · 72 reviewsIgnite assisted living has been a great place for my dad as a home away from home. Audrey has been especially wonderful with her positive attitude and bright smile. You can tell she truly cares about the residents. My dad says she brings the sunshine into a room. I would definitely recommend Ignite assisted living as a place for your loved one.
Very helpful and genuinely caring staff. Always greeted with a smile by everyone there! Audrey, Jennifer and Deana are pros in their position offering assistance where needed and staying one step ahead. The facility is nice, clean and welcoming!
Please do not put your loved one here.

No help in getting new phone, had get a friend in FL to buy me one, and a visiting nurse to take it to Best Buy for set up
I would not recommend this facility and STRONLY suggest families research thoroughly. We selected VibraLife after reading positive reviews regarding their rehab/PT services. We found the rehab services very good but the facility failed us regarding Nursing Care and medical needs. My father's colon surgery required daily colostomy bag maintenance. It was not unusual for my mother, who visited daily from 10:00-500, to have to remind staff to change his bag. A frustration was arriving the find the bag full and his nurse was at the nurse's desk reading a book. It was unacceptable the several times she arrived to find that his bag had ruptured and fecal matter covered his incision. Mother sought out the Head Nurse who expressed concern that feces would affect his incision and cause infection. She met with nurses and reiterated the importance of prioritizing his cleanliness. Daddy soon developed an infection and was transported to a hospital in the Medical Center. The hospital receiving nurse stated there was a film on his catheter and it had not been cleaned properly. We lost him two weeks later with the first condition listed on his death certificate as sepsis. We feel the lack of care contributed to losing him.
This is the worst place to bring your loved one. My mom was here and was neglected, and she died. Not only that, but the people in charge trashed all of her belongings away in the trash, her Bible, her purse, her clothes nothing was giving back to me they also charged me extra money for a month And she was only there for four days and never gave me the money back. Memorial Hermann Hospital recommends this place be careful that’s all I’m gonna say.
My 66 year old brother has been living here for a little over a month to receive physical therapy and health care. Every staff member has been friendly and helpful. We appreciate their care and hard work. Clean, bright facility staffed by caring people!
This the cleanest facility I’ve ever stepped foot in. The staff is amazing, with the exception of a couple night staff members. Kai, both Nurse and Dr., are absolutely sympathetic and fostering of all issues. Don’t let Kai, Nurse, get away with her grumpy bear facade. She’s a gentle and beautiful soul and my life is better having known her. The ARNP for Dr. Kai is also excellent, although overworked, this shows up recurrent in all staff. Residents & their family often take out incidents on staff. I don’t believe they’re personal staff issues but overall staffing (lack of) issues. PT and OT here are above par and will dig down deep to put up with us residents and our negative attitude as we’ve often woken in a body no longer familiar to us. The kitchen staff is very accommodating as well and have an excellent Cobb salad that everyone must try! The grilled cheese with tomato soup and taco salad are additional must try’s! The techs will help but again are also understaffed. The necessary equipment is not always on hand for individualized tasks but can be gotten with persistence. I can not say enough good things about the housekeeping staff as well. They go above and beyond to assure your stay is as painless as possible and are very kind. I will continue to recommend to anyone in need of a great rehab facility!
