We paid to have my mother move in there. They did a memory test on her and said she was able to move in. So we moved all her stuffed beds pictures a few tables and some knick knacks. The week that she was going to get released from rehab they came out and did another memory test and said she failed it she won't be able to move in. I understand that but they will not give us all our money back it's their decision not to let her move in they should refund us the full amount. It makes me wonder how many times they do this to people just to get free money without doing anything?
Staff is always friendly when we go to see a family member. Always clean

I tell you this is one of the worst communities you can put your family members into there constantly replacing the directors here they kick you out for no reason at all the staff and the food is not good I’d steer far away from this place it’s a very outdated and a worn out buildings lighting in the rooms are absolutely unacceptable the staff the front are rude I don’t recommend you let any of your family members stay here this place stinks bad there’s bad odors stuff in this place these apartments are very unacceptable and way overpriced !
Very helpful and eager to accommodate your needs. Lots of activities to participate in and special happenings to keep you entertained. Transporting to and from clinics and shopping is always a great addition to living here. And, the meals are fantastic.
I was very disappointed by the installation of an Automated system for entry. This was time consuming. I'd rather be spending time with my patients than with a machine. I understand the security precautions. However, I believe security is highest when people are recognized by people onsite. I personally believe this change is a step in the wrong direction. I gave a 5-star rating in all other areas. I will carefully watch to see how the overall effectiveness of this facility will be in the coming months.
All assisted living places are expensive. It is a hardship for any family. Lyndale does a great job of taking care of my aunt! I just wish this type of care didn't cost so much. I get why, but wish it could be different. Facility was very accommodating and my aunt has adapted very well in the year she has been at Lyndale.
