I recently made the difficult decision to place my loving husband in a care home facility. After reviewing many facilities, I chose a care home operated by Magnolia Assisted Living. The staff is very responsive and caring, and takes great care of my husband. I am very happy with my decision.
Not a positive experience for our family. Our relative was not happy , and since our communication with owners was odd and they refused request for Dr appt, we removed her. We paid the penalty fees for early removal, while they didn't follow through with their commitment, which seems wrong. My aunt was a shocking sight when we got her...within 2 weeks she looked better, healthier and her mind seemed clear. The Dr appt they refused was very much needed. Finding a home is an emotional and stressful decision. During a pandemic, more so. Be very careful....it's a huge financial loss if it isn't a…

We are happy with the care here. The staff is very good. The food is out standing. A little more activities are needed to help keep active. I would recommend this community for over all good care.
