4.9 · 15 reviewsManchester Care Homes is the perfect place if you want the personal touch and great care for your loved one. Dad was in a large facility before moving here and he had to wait up to an hour for someone to respond to his call button. Also, it seemed like the staff turnover was constant. At this home, they respond within minutes and all the staff have worked within their homes for years. The nurse in charge of all the homes is very hands on and knows all the residents and their medical history. These homes are a small, intimate setting and the care could not be better.

Manchester Tranquilla has been a godsend for my mother and our family. She transitioned there from an assisted living environment in late 2024 and has received excellent care ever since. Caregivers are extremely patient and compassionate and work well with all residents. The staff ratio is such that all residents receive very attentive care, including from Sandi, Manchester’s RN, and Flora, Manchester’s tenured house manager. I had the pleasure to visit this beautiful community today for a tour. I was beyond impressed with the warm inviting atmosphere. You can feel the love that the team has for the residents. We toured with Brian Levy who was patient and answered all of our questions. He is also an expert in the business of ALF Homes ! We trust and value his expertise. During our tour we had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Flora who is one of the exceptional caregivers at the home . You can tell she is passionate about helping others and will make sure your loved one is well cared for and respected. To say MANCHESTER CARE HOMES is five stars does not say enough about how exceptional they are ! I feel confident saying your loved one’s will be safe in their care!

Caregivers in this home honor the residence journey from being doctors ,attorneys,successful business men and women,nurses Engeneers, pastors , housewifes, preists,caregivers,politicians ,estate valuers,scientists,lab technicians ,nobles etc to no longer able to do tasks that was once simple to them, from forgetful moments to dimensia etcs In this care home ,we create a legacy of compassion that can transcend generation.
Quality care. Experienced, attentive, tenured caregivers. Nutritious homestyle meals. Clean, well maintained individual rooms with private baths. Prompt notifications to family of any concerns or issues staff has with residents. Most of all my mother loves it.
Manchester Care Homes are homes that specialize in caring for those with any form of dementia. Their staff are trained to know the importance of independence yet provide all services with the highest level of dignity. A home like setting....tailored to fit the needs of their residents with their likes and dislikes...always recognizing that they are all individually different and unique in their own way. Their residents are not defined by their disease...but by WHO THEY HAVE BEEN IN LIFE...and who they are today.
They are pricey, but hands down this is the best place we've had my mom. I just love them. I think you get so much value out of the community and the team. It's a very caring and loving community. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. It feels like a real company that has a vision around its residents and understands that the people they care for are what gives them their livelihood.
