Great healthcare team with exceptional leadership! Campus has all levels of care - independent living, skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care. The best place for retired adults and their families who want stress free living, fun and great meals.
Residents are polite and workers are welcoming
The staff at Meadowlake was excellent. Michael and Alexis went above and beyond in caring for my friend. She had been in 4 other nursing facilities in Tyler and Meadowlake was by far the best. Thank you for caring.
My experience at Meadow Lakes was exceptionally good. I was in to rehabilitate and the physical therapist were great. The CNA‘s were exceptionally kind and such a pleasure to be around. My thanks to Karli and Amy and all the other CNA‘s that made my stay a very wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this facility to everyone. Thank you.
I love the staff and their patience. They're always very kind and won over her trust. I thank God for them. The only unfortunate thing I can say is my Mother in Law is very stubborn. She does not want to participate in all the great activities they have planned daily there. The only bad thing I can say is she was woken up at 4am for her Dr to draw bloodwork. She called me scared not understanding why it had to be just before 4am. Once I confirmed it actually happened, I was told they did it then because thats when their in- house Dr was finally there. It also needed done before her 1st meal. I didnt care for that especially with her having dementia. That would have alarmed me too.
One of the best facilities around
We work here often. The staff are very friendly and caring, the place is always spotless and there's always something going on. The food is good too!
If you’re looking for a senior living community that truly rises to the occasion, Meadow Lake is the place to be! From the moment you step in, you’re greeted with warm smiles, a welcoming atmosphere, and a level of care that’s second to none. The staff here must be time travelers because they make every resident feel years younger with their kindness and attention. The activities are top-notch—whether you’re into bingo, exercise classes, or just good old-fashioned storytelling, there’s always something fun happening. It’s like summer camp, but with better food and earlier bedtimes! Speaking of food, the dining experience here is chef’s kiss! I’m pretty sure the kitchen staff moonlights as gourmet chefs because every meal is well-seasoned—both in flavor and conversation! The community itself is beautiful, peaceful, and feels just like home—if home came with extra perks, great company, and someone else doing the dishes! The care team is golden, treating every resident like family. So if you or a loved one are considering senior living, don’t just shuffleboard your way through the decision—jump right in! Meadow Lake is the perfect place to retire in style while living life to the fullest! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Would move in myself if they’d let me!
