The nursing staff is truly second to none. The entire Nursing team lead by Myra, like dads nurses: Genesis, Jerry, Gay, and Mamerto provide exceptional, attentive medical care with a deeply personal touch.What really stands out is the proactive motivation and initiative taken by the Nursing Assistants, Maribel and Brigida, and other NA who treat my dad's daily care with the utmost respect and dedication. The encouragement from Carlos is amazing; his positive energy lifts everyone's spirits. The food staff consistently creates a palatable menu with a homecooked feel. The life enrichment here is also fantastic—Mari in activities recently organized a brilliant, incredibly fun "bubbles car wash" for the residents that they absolutely loved! From the frontline staff to everyone in between, the team works together to make this place feel exactly like home.
