Terrible facility.so not being senior citizens here. They are neglecting patients and have no idea on the whereabouts of their patients. I have called in to file a complaint but it’s always excuses and never “we will do better” their way of care will never change because they do not care. I feel sorry for the members in the facility that do not have loved ones to pull them out for their own safety. May God watch over the members in the facility, they do not do their job right! They will forget about the patient after their dialysis appointment is over. Sergio Ramos You are no help, you ran…

Carla Javier CNA allows patients to wait at the DaVita Mesa Vista clinic for hours even though it’s less than a mile away from the nursing home. Not sure if she works alone but that’s unacceptable. Find some place else for loved ones!
My uncle is a patient at mountain view this is the worst place ever he would be talking he had surgery and since then he hasn't been the same we've tried numerous of times to move him and now he's in the care of hospice when my uncle got hit by another patient they didn't do anything about it my uncle has been declining rapidly he's been there since covid started I don't agree what the staff is doing but when we had a meeting regarding his care none of our questions were answered they are getting paid good money to take care of them why aren't they doing their job right we need our questions…

A mi padre le han dado muy buen cuidado. Lo recomiendo
I came here , it was the worst ever The nurse was hitting and being rough with me Even kicked me in face I got fed up and escaped through window They found me 2 hours later across street and kicked me out I have police reports that the facility was in wrong ,for good they need to be shut down
Its been a while, We trusted this facility with my grandma's care in 2016. It turned out to be the worst decision we ever made. My grandmother died in there care. With an overdose of morphine by one of there nurses. Till this day I have no peace. The grieving has been hard and I'm not over it. They never took accountability for what they did. I lived away at the time and with grieving, I unfortunately didn't take proper action. I can't stop grieving in sadness.
MIL-1967. I would like to publicly recognize Sergio Ramos, administrator at Mountain View Health Care Rehabilitation, for the extraordinary work he does every single day. Sergio not only fulfills his administrative duties; he gives his heart to the residents, many of whom are living with Alzheimer’s or dementia. I have personally witnessed how he goes far beyond his job description to provide truly human and meaningful support: he kneels down to tie their shoelaces, serves their meals, sits with them, talks with them, listens to them, plays bingo… small actions that carry enormous dignity, care, and compassion for those who need it most. His kindness, patience, and presence greatly elevate the quality of the center and make residents feel seen, respected, and genuinely cared for. People like him don’t just improve a service; they improve the lives of those who depend on this place. Thank you, Sergio, for your heart and your dedication. Your work deserves to be recognized.
