The facility recently underwent a number of positive changes to improve the quality of care. Their caregiving team (especially Jill House Supervisor, Jewel- Caregiver & Yawasse Housekeeping) were extraordinary compassionate and attentive- especially during the last days of my mother’s life…holding her hand as she passed in the early hours of the morning. I am eternally grateful for their support.

McKenzie, the new ED has breathed new life into Mustang Creek, in the time she has been here. The campus looks great! The homes are well furnished and clean, the staff/caregivers are friendly and the residents are happy! 😊 I enjoy visiting with everyone when I am here! Makayla the activities director keeps residents engaged in fun and meaningful activities, that the residents enjoy: from Bingo, to crafts to community outings. I love the cozy, homelike feeling of Mustang Creek, nestled among the trees- with home cooked meals the residents can see and smell as they’re being prepared. It’s clear the residents love these features too! I have observed them watching and chatting w staff as they’re cooking, laughing during activities, and sitting on their front porch(es) reading or simply enjoying the weather. Mustang Creek Keller is a beautiful place for seniors to call home.

Senior Care really boils down to the care of the individual caregivers. While at Mustang creek we have had some good ones and some not. Tough Job. We have appreciated the responsiveness of management to our issues. The only area that consistently could use some work with meals. Otherwise great facility.

Caring Staff. Residence and the residents were always clean. Good hot & nourishing meals. My mom was well taken care of and treated like family.
