He was 5 years into his dementia journey and had just experienced a significant set back. There was no way Mom could care for him at home any longer. New Horizon Home, Campbell Rd was an answer to prayer. The staff is amazing. So kind and caring. They took excellent care of Dad. Mom would go visit everyday which was perfect for them. While Dad passed away a few days ago, I would be remiss if I didn’t mentioned Clive specifically. He is exceptional and leads the house so well.…

Words cannot accurately express just how grateful we are for New Horizon Homes. We moved Dad in about 10 months ago. New Horizon Home, Campbell Rd was an answer to prayer. The staff is amazing. So kind and caring. They took excellent care of Dad. Mom would go visit everyday which was perfect for them. While Dad passed away a few days ago, I would be remiss if I didn’t mentioned Clive specifically. He is exceptional and leads the house so well. He took such good care of Dad in his final days and hours. The peace of mind and confidence we had in the care Dad received was priceless. Thank you, New Horizon Home…we are so grateful for all you did for Dad and each of us. God bless you.
We could not be happier with the choice we made at New Horizon Homes. The management and staff are outstanding! The level of care and love he received was top notch. And the environment is so warm and just like home for dad. I highly recommend this place

Our dear mother has lived at New Horizon Homes, Greenfield II in McKinney now for more than a year. We couldn’t love our Greenfield family more and have been so blessed to find this wonderful place. Everything about our experience has been five stars. First and foremost, the caregivers are amazing. Friendly, patient, positive, sweet, real people who embrace their mission and give their love each and every day. They are well trained, often taking online classes and seminars with other caregivers and specialists. We communicate freely and trust them implicitly. Second, the house is immaculate, our mom is always clean, hair looking cute, and supported for all her needs. The food is wonderful - always fresh, home cooked and sourced from the top grocery stores. We also love to see my mom participate in the various enrichment activities: painting, Mike the accordionist, and puppy time. Finally, Greenfield is run by the most incredible central family and team. We know whenever we need something for us or our mom, they act promptly to make it happen. Overall our family just can’t say enough positives about our experience. We have such peace of mind with our mom’s care each and every day. We visit all the time and see the positive impact the caregivers have on all the residents. If you are considering an upscale care home for a family member, we strongly recommend New Horizons and Greenfield in Dallas or McKinney!

Our experience at Cheverny House has been wonderful. The level of care that my father has received has been second to none. Cheverny feels like home. The team of Mrs Privi, Melanie and Vivian provide a very welcoming atmosphere and they take great care of their residents. They make it a point to get to know your loved one, and they customize their care accordingly. We know our father is in great hands at Cheverny house. Mrs Epi’s warm muffins, from time to time, are also a very nice touch. Keep up the great work!
I have been caring for this patient for nine years, and this is by far the best facility we have discovered. The staff is truly amazing, and the care she has received over the last few years is amazing! I would give it my highest recommendation.
A dear friend of mine lives full time in a hospice home managed by Tucker Johnson. She receives excellent care there. The home is clean at all times, the food delicious and healthy, the care givers are kind and attentive . The other occupants of the home are friendly and kind to each other. The nurse who visits my fried each week is very thoughtful and patient with her . I recommend it highly . Damaris Knobler
I do not have enough words to express how grateful I am for New Horizons Homes and the staff at the home my father was at. He was always well cared for-clean, well fed, entertained, loved and doted on. The home itself was immaculate and when they were preparing meals it always smelled amazing. The staff puts their heart and souls into taking care of their patients. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my father to be.
We could not be more pleased. They cater to my husband’s own schedule, they spoil him actually. The food is very good, the staff is always upbeat and caring and you can tell they enjoy what they are doing. The cleanliness is exceptional and the location is in a beautiful safe neighborhood. 8 residents is their limit so that makes it very nice for personalized care. Check it out before you decide on anywhere else. You will be glad you did.
