North Pointe Nursing & Rehabilitation

While the building is on the older side, it is exceptionally well-maintained and clean-none of the odors you might typically expect in such a facility. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, helpful, and show genuine compassion for every person there. They don’t just care for the patients; they go out of their way to support the families as well. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing rehab for themselves or a loved one.

This place is amazing. They have such caring staff. During my wife’s brief stay at this facility there was one nurse, Coretta, who went above and beyond. She was patient with me and answered any questions I had. She often checked in to see if we needed anything. I appreciated her time, her kindness, and her willingness to listen. She is a great nurse and an even more wonderful person. Thank you.

Mrs. Matthew’s, Showed our family Compassion in this time of need very empathetic towards the needs of our parent. Willing to go the extra mile to assist us with questions that are outside of her scope, but found a solution for each problem that we had. I just would like to say that I would definitely recommend this facility for a loved one outstanding staff!

My mother is a resident here and I’d just like to say that the staff has all been very friendly and helpful towards her and she really enjoys the food. From what I’ve seen, the food does look and smell great! She is very happy here.

North Pointe is a great community! It’s clean, their staff are friendly, and they prioritize their residents’ care. Angie the administrator is always kind and ready to help whenever needed. I can’t recommend them enough!
