Resident & family reviews

I go daily to visit my sister at Twin Pines Nursing Center. She has been there for just over 1 years and she loves the activities and has made some friends. Pat at the reception desk with her friendly smile is always ready to assist or direct and is very helpful .

My mother has been a resident for many reason and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. Resident rooms are spacious and comfortable with large windows. There are always activities to keep the residents involved in their community and entertained. Common areas inside and out are inviting and wonderful places to host families or allow residents to relax. The gym is amazing and focused on skill building, wellness coaching and physical restoration. From the nursing to administrative staff, everyone is focused on the happiness, health and wellbeing of…

Twin Pines North is such a wonderful place! The facilities are always very clean, and well cared for, which creates such a welcoming environment. The staff truly make the experience even better they are kind, friendly, patient, and always willing to help. I’m very thankful for the compassion and positivity shown by there.

This place is well-maintained, and welcoming. What truly stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They always made my grandpa feel comfortable and cared for, and you can tell they truly value the people they serve. I highly recommend Twin Pines North to anyone looking for a clean environment with amazing staff!

They have the friendliest staff and they keep the facility super clean! You can tell they care about the residents and work hard to do different things for both residents and staff to show how much they appreciate them!

I love this place! It’s so clean and welcoming!! The admin and staff are wonderful!! They really do care about their patients and are always willing to do the most for them to make sure that they are well taken care of.

Twin Pines North is a very clean and well maintained facility. The staff are very friendly, compassionate and go above and beyond to make sure the patients are well taken care of. Would highly recommend.

I’ve had a great experience with this nursing and rehab center. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and truly cares about the residents and their well-being. From the nursing team to therapy and support staff, everyone works hard to create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. The rehabilitation team is patient, encouraging, and dedicated to helping residents regain their strength and independence. Communication with families is handled professionally, and you can tell the staff puts genuine effort into making residents feel respected and cared for. No facility is perfect, but the teamwork, kindness, and commitment shown here do not go unnoticed. I appreciate the hard work that goes into caring for residents every single day, and I would recommend this center to anyone looking for quality nursing and rehabilitation care.
