Resident & family reviews

Very disappointed in the lack of care and treatment my mother received. While the employees there where very nice and food was good but they would leave my mom on the toilet unattended, staff was overheard gossiping about other resident there. Once we had meeting with team to review care plan they lied numerous times about the care. It looks great while you’re there under 10 minutes. If you have loved ones there please stay there longer and visit so you can see the lack of care.

DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. This facility appears to prioritize money over quality care. I had a family member there for only a few days before transferring them out as soon as possible. To begin with, the morning receptionist Mariana was rarely at her desk and was consistently rude on the phone—when she answered at all. On multiple occasions, I was either hung up on or placed on hold without any greeting. I also had to wait outside in the cold for over 15 minutes until someone from the kitchen finally opened the door. There is also an afternoon nurse named Lourdes who was…

There is also an afternoon nurse named Lourdes who was disrespectful toward both families and residents. I observed her frequently on her phone at the nurses’ station while call lights were going unanswered. Additionally, I witnessed HR speaking to employees in a very condescending and unprofessional manner in the hallway, which further reflects a lack of respect and professionalism expected in a leadership role. Such interactions can create an uncomfortable and discouraging environment for staff. I also observed that her appearance and attire did not align with the standards typically expected in a professional healthcare setting, raising further concerns about her judgment and suitability for advancement into an administrative position. These issues, when considered together, suggest a pattern of behavior that may undermine both team cohesion and the overall integrity of the workplace. That said, I do want to acknowledge that some of the afternoon staff were excellent. They appeared to work well together and demonstrated a strong sense of teamwork, which I appreciated. I also question the accuracy of the five-star reviews, as my experience was completely inconsistent with them. When concerns are raised, you are directed to customer service, but the issues do not appear to be addressed. I also noticed visible structural issues in the building that raised serious concerns about safety and maintenance. Given the seriousness of these concerns and the lack of meaningful response, I am considering bringing this matter to local news stations to raise awareness and ensure accountability. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this facility to anyone seeking quality care for a loved one.

This place is terrible!! Response time for a patients ringing for assistance is a joke! To many employees hanging around the nurses station and their excuse is they're on shift change no matter what time we visit, always on shift change. Nurses station, answer the phone lines, get with it. Stop ignoring the phone lines and patients calls. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. One star only because I have to give a rating.

The nursing staff if very attentive, my grandmother had great care there.

I love the interaction that all staff has with the patients, I love how the space makes everyone have that “home” feeling.

Exceptional, professional and friendly staff is what my father and our family experienced during my dad’s 10 day stay. They make you feel like family. My dad especially enjoyed working with Luis Telles who worked diligently and patiently with him. A CMS 5 Star rated facility is pretty impressive. Thank you to the nurse leadership and their teams. Glad my dad is home now!
