Tonya assistant DON I hope I’m getting her position correct . .Someone that I love very much is a resident there at Palomino and when I expressed my concerns Tonya got right on it and assured me that she understood . Her professionalism and her ability to come through and made sure my Love one received the proper medical attention was very important. We need more people like her when it comes to caring for our love ones. I would like to say Thank you Tonya your caring spirit will…

I recognize when an employee is more than willing to go above and beyond what their job description calls for . My mother was at Palomino Place for 21 days. It was excellent in all categories. As far as the money, insurance took care of it. It was very accessible and easy to navigate. It was a little newer, so it was a little nicer. They had done excellent work with Mom. I highly would recommend them. The interaction with the staff was excellent, too.
The activity programs are designed for the needs of the residents, the food is good and nutritional, the therapy services are amazing!!

My husband was a former resident of Palomino Place. They take care of the people there. It's a nice place and the rooms look very good, but he only stayed two weeks there. The staff is good. They give you good service. The food was good. I was there when they brought food. The facility looks pretty good, very nice. This is a big place. The size of the room is like a regular bedroom. It just has a bed, TV, and his own bathroom.

Palomino Place offers awesome fine dining thanks to Nutrition Director as well as her team! The building is well maintained thanks to the Environmental team. Transportation services are provided with care, an awesome transportation aide who goes above and beyond on every outing in the community to bring smiles and joy to the residents! The Social Services Director is amazing! She is always going above and beyond for customer satisfaction as well as providing comfort with support to residents as well as families. There is always a wide variety of activity programs offered daily with a lot of happy residents!!! This is all lead by an awesome administration team!!!!
Do not EVER take anyone you love here. They do not take care of their residents. Do not bathe them or feed them on time(sometimes not all all). They dont dispense medications correctly. They dont take care of wounds. They are always understaffed and the employee turn over is horrible. There is never anyone in charge at night. Just dont go here unless you want them to die.
