If I could give negative I would my mom was here just over 2 weeks and is still fighting the bed sore! They discharge her unsafe because I insisted on a discharge. The caregivers are overworked and probably underpaid. All they care about is filling up the beds. After therapy my mom just laid in the bed or chair all day, which is how she got the bedsore. Don’t leave your family there unless they can care for themselves
Very unsafe, extremely unsanitary , very unreliable to take your love ones there, people are not trained and lazy, health of your love one will be compromised for sure, they don’t give the medications as they are in charge of, place need to be closed down. State authorities are working on closing this place down… not recommended stay away from them , not afraid to say it, any problems with me if you represent them, contact me to address it immediately I can face to face anyone about this , my dads life became compromised in this facility and that’s will come with a cost to this place. I have lived in this nursing home for 10 years. The name and ownership has changed recently but most of the staff has worked here for decades. With few exceptions, I have been treated by the same doctors and nurses since I was admitted, when I was suddenly homeless and suicidal. I am surprised to read some of negative comments I have found here, most of which I find superficial. No place is perfect. I have had my own concerns and complaints. Right now, the facility is out of paper towels and toilet paper, at least in our room. But I am quite sure this will quickly be rectified. This sort of…

This sort of thing happens in the best of brand new homes with perfect floors. I want to put in a good word or two that negates some of bad reviews I have read this morning.
This place is horrible don't bring your loved one here my mom went into cardiac arrest and no CPR was performed with lead to brain death then I went to get my mother belongings and they say they throw them away after I called i will be calling around and taking every avenue to rectify this situation Please do not trust this place with your loved one.i am contacting lawyers!!!!!
I have toured this remarkable gem of a facility and have met all the staff on numerous occasions. They deserve their five star CMS rating and continue to lead the state of Texas in being THE best skilled facility around!
Thank you Paradigm at the Brazos for taking care of my brother. All the staff are to be commended. This is not an easy job people! To be there, you have to care in the first place. Shout out to the administrative staff, especially Tamera, Carol and Kathy who really helped me in numerous ways. They were there for me. They showed they cared, were very friendly and kept me informed. Thank you to the nurses, aides, therapists, social workers, housekeepers, cafeteria workers and workers who tried to keep their clients’ spirts uplifted. The building does need improvements (it’s an older building), but they have done some renovations and continue to do so.
