They made our family feel welcome and kept us informed every step of the way. The facility is clean, well-run, and offers a range of activities that keep residents engaged. “Housekeeping Hero — Tabi Rocks!” > I want to give a special shoutout to Tabi, the Housekeeping & Laundry Supervisor. That woman works nonstop to keep everything clean, fresh, and organized — and she does it with a smile on her face and kindness in her heart. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and takes pride in making the place feel like home. Park Plaza is lucky to have her — and honestly, they'd be even luckier to have her on the floor. Word is she’s already trained as a CNA, and it shows. The way she interacts with the residents is full of compassion and natural skill. She’s got what it takes, and then some. Park Plaza, don’t sleep on this one — she’s a gem!

They kept us updated, answered all our questions, and treated him like he mattered. We never felt like we were bothering anyone — they made us feel welcome every time. “My Friend’s Mom Was in Great Hands” > One of my close friends had his mom staying at Park Plaza for a while, and I visited a few times with him. I just want to say — I was really impressed. You always hear horror stories about nursing homes, but this place felt different. The staff were attentive, the halls were clean, and his mom always seemed well taken care of and in good spirits. What stood out most to me was how the staff treated her like a person, not a patient. They joked with her, remembered little details about her, and made her feel at home. It meant the world to my friend — and seeing her smile made it real. If I ever had a loved one who needed care, I wouldn’t hesitate to look at Park Plaza.
