4.7 · 10 reviewsThe garages are too small. This apt overlooks the courtyard. Most seniors would appreciate the long list of activities. Activities there are plenty but to me many are simple things that most places have. Food for some reason it has not been as good as I would expect, however; it is not bad. There has been too big a turnover with kitchen staff. I was told some people were temps anyway.
A nice place and people are all pleasant after you draw them out. They try to provide extra things to keep you involved. I liked the water exercise. But that will end in September because pool outside. Meals were generally very good. They always had a second choice of a hamburger or soup. Wait staff excellent and three meals a day. Was nice too. A little expensive but worth it. Covered parking was extra.
We are having difficulties currently keeping a good chef and servers. There is not one thing in particular that we like the best, we just really enjoy the surroundings, the friendly people and the friendly staff.

The facility is beautiful and easy to get around. The staff is excellent and engaging. They have lots of great things to keep the residents entertained and engaged with one another. Great communications with the family. I feel safe with my mom there. The moving in process was fine. I would definitely recommend this facility.
The community is fine but it's very expensive.They go up on the rent every 12 months and it is anywhere from 3 to 10% increase and they are cutting some of the services along the way.
Great location, great facilities, friendly and helpful staff, good food, and an enjoyable place to live.
Overall we have had a good experience with Parkview. The meals are served restaurant style and she really likes them. There is plenty going on activities wise. They do have yearly rate increases and that is the only complaint, but I do know that is something every facility does. I would definitely recommend them to others who are looking.
Parkview is definitely one of the best independent living facilities in this area. The facility is very nice and we really enjoyed our tour. The only reason we decided against this location was because we felt that the parking and accommodations were a little tight.
