My Dad is living there and said everyone is very nice and the meals are good.
I want to share my experiences with The Parsons House. I have been coming here for going on 3 years now. I have to say THIS house is amazing! It is fun, clean, and safe! Derek is the E.D. He is very hands on with his residents. I was there today, I saw him sitting and being with the residents, enjoying the moment! They were having a great time. Alicia, The Director of Nursing is amazing. She always is so loving and caring. She takes time to listen and will for sure help a resident when they need it! And don't even get me started on Tamia! I hope I spelled her name right, she is the activities…

I want to share my experiences with The Parsons House. I have been coming here for going on 3 years now. I have to say THIS house is amazing! It is fun, clean, and safe! Derek is the E.D. He is very hands on with his residents. I was there today, I saw him sitting and being with the residents, enjoying the moment! They were having a great time. Alicia, The Director of Nursing is amazing. She always is so loving and caring. She takes time to listen and will for sure help a resident when they need it! And don't even get me started on Tamia! I hope I spelled her name right, she is the activities director! And let me say ...this gal knows her residents! She makes sure they are not only safe, but that they are having fun! She is loving. She is fun. She has compassion for people! I love this place and can't wait to come back. Also Kerri, I believe this is her name, she was there today answering the phone playing cards with the residents and even was helping me! She makes everyone feel at home! This is not just your every day place to live! This is home! Oh ! Yes! We can't forget about our gal Jasamine! If I spelled her name wrong please forgive me. She is amazing and will give you a tour of this very fun loving house! So please don't hesitate. Come inside and see for yourself!

They have a very caring staff. They treated my Daddy with dignity. Low turnover of staff. Most folks have worked there for years. Quick response to call buttons. I highly recommend Parsons House.
5 on all accounts, the staff goes above and beyond to make the transition as smooth as possible. The facility and staff offer a variety of activities, but are open to suggestions should your loved one have hobbies or interests they don't address. They go out of their way to be accommodating to each resident. They show genuine concern for their residents, addressing issues they may see. Their communication is outstanding. Since my family member has been there they have added new specialized providers that visit Parson's House to address care needs.
My dad was a resident here for a short time before he passed away. He was always treated with kindness, dignity, and respect. He loved the people and the food. I placed a camera in my dad's room (with permission). His call button was answered quickly. The workers who responded to his call were very attentive to his needs. I highly recommend Parsons House.

I got hired by this company to remodel some of their units and never got paid, its been 2 years. The owner personally told me that he would look into it and now won't reply my calls or emails.
