The staff at Pleasant Springs are great! Each staff member have welcomed our mom with open arms and made this transition for her, easy. They are always available to answer any questions we have and seem very patient with not only our mom but her family as well. If you are needing a place for your loved one, give Pleasant Springs a try!
Lisha Runels RN is awesome! Pays attention to detail.
I just want to say that both times I called and talked to someone they could not have been any nicer I used to be a certified nurse's aide in several different facilities and I have been a resident 7 different times going through physical therapy after my hip surgeries all I can say is great job well done to all the staff thank u for taking such great care of my husband as he is going through physical therapy
I’ve been completing my clinical hours for nursing school at Pleasant Springs, and it’s given me a front row seat to how much the staff truly care about their residents. From the CNAs and nurses to the kitchen, janitorial, directors, therapists, and even other nursing students; everyone is attentive and always looking for ways to improve. What stands out most is how well they know each resident, paying attention to every detail and honoring each person’s preferences. There are always fun and interactive activities that help residents live their best life, whether in Assisted Living or Rehabilitation. It’s clear people here are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. If I ever need to make this decision for my own family, Pleasant Springs will be at the top of my list.
Staff was helpful and very attentive to the residents
We enjoyed the Pie Party. Momma Ed is being taken good care of and we really appreciate all that you do. Thanks Brett & Patti Thomas
We enjoyed our time at Pleasant Springs today with Mary. They had several different kinds of pies, hot apple cider, & coffee or tea for visitors. The staff are very attentive and we appreciate that so much.
If you are looking for help with your elderly parents or yourself, you need to check this place out. The administrator, Jaye Wilhite, is an advocate you need in your corner. She will go above and beyond to do what is best for her patients. Not only is she all in on her patients, she wants to do her best for the family as well. She has been a major blessing to my family. She will be for yours as well.
