The grounds and facilities are very well maintained, and they do a great job of helping residents stay active and independent while also providing the care and assistance they need. Presbyterian Village North is a beautiful retirement community with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The grounds and facilities are very well maintained, and they do a great job of helping residents stay active and independent while also providing the care and assistance they need. They offer assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, physical therapy, and around-the-clock nursing assistance. There are also plenty of things for residents to enjoy, including the fitness and aquatic centers, walking paths, putting green, arts and cultural activities, and several dining options. The faith-based environment and chapel are also a nice part of the community. Wonderful facility with a lot to offer!!
My relatives that are in the facility. I love it think it’s the very best of its kind would highly recommend their services if that’s what you need. Five star rating
This is a lovely place with excellent, professional care. The Administrator is exceptional and staff is kind and gracious. I highly recommend it!

If you or a loved one are looking for top-tier rehabilitation or long-term care in Dallas, Presbyterian Village North (PVN) is the absolute best place to be. The first thing you notice is the incredible cleanliness of the entire community—it is beautifully maintained and always welcoming. The staff here are wonderful, compassionate, and truly dedicated to their residents. On top of that, the new Director is phenomenal. He goes completely above and beyond anyone I have ever seen in this position to ensure everyone is happy and well cared for. I cannot recommend PVN enough!

Krysten Creen did an excellent job of showing us two different stand alone homes at the facility. We were impressed with the floorplans as this was the type of home we were looking for. She was patient and did a great job of answering our questions and providing information about applying for the waiting list. Good work!
I had a great experience with the staff at The Healthcare Resort of Plano. The medication aides here are truly attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Lori Maldonado really stood out—she is patient, kind, and very professional. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in making sure medications are handled safely and on time. It makes a huge difference knowing your loved ones are in good hands. Highly recommend this facility for the level of care and dedication their staff provides!
