Do not use this place if you love your loved ones. Bad place, they don't care about their patients.
We moved my mom in when she was 99. Must say she wasn’t excited to leave her home but quickly warmed to the wonderful people at Rambling Oaks. I do think it takes some effort but she went to everything she could. Ate all meals in the dining room where she made friends with the folks at her table, didn’t miss exercise class and loved playing games (bingo her favorite). Friday karaoke and ice cream was another hit. She also looked forward to bible study and church services. Having a beauty shop on the premises made her weekly can of hair spray so much easier. She lived there for 2+ years until…

If we had to do it all over again we would definitely pick Rambling Oaks.
Good care good service Not fancy ot upscale
If you are looking for a GREAT place for your loved one Rambling Oaks Courtyard Assisted Living is it! The staff treats all the residents with LOVE and RESPECT!!! The quality of care my Mother has received since living there for over a year has been top notch! The Director, Marketing Director, Nurse and office staff are easily accessible and truly love their residents!!! There is plenty of activities and outings going on to keep our loved ones socialized and engaged with each other. What a BLESSING Rambling Oaks has been to our family! My only regret is that we didn’t move our Mother there sooner!!!!
Being at Rambling Oaks for nearly 2 months, I can only say it was a very good experience for me to recover from my fall. The Therapists worked very hard with me and always complemented me of my progress. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The premises were always clean and tidy, no unpleasant smell, and everybody had a smile on their faces. Sharay, was so kind to me and brought me my first cup of coffee of the day as soon as I was awake even before breakfast was coming. She knew I loved that first cup as soon as I woke up. I highly recommend Ramling Oaks Courtyard to recover from any Surgery or Rehabilitation, it is the place to get well again. Edith
The nurses are friendly, but everyone working in the office is so rude that I wouldn't recommend this place.
My mother has moved into Rambling Oaks Courtyard Assisted Living Residence. I visited it several times before I took my mom to visit, and I spoke with almost every resident who was there in the cafeteria. Everyone is happy. The food is fabulous. The staff is so friendly and my mother's room is huge. She has an outside door to an outside patio so she can have her dog. It's wonderful. In terms of the staff members, they're friendly, they're engaging, and they're helpful. They know everyone's name and they're very good. They have fabulous food. They have it restaurant style, so there's a big menu that they can pick several things from. It's four pages so they can pick anything they want, but they also have daily specials, and it's open all day. So from seven in the morning till nine at night, you can get your food. They have dining times, but if you don't want to go during dining time, you can get your food any other time. They have just completely renovated the place. They've repainted everything. It's as clean as it can be. It smells fabulous. And they come into mom's room every week and vacuum and clean it. They do her laundry, and they do her bed. It's really well-kept and very, very nice. They have activities all the time, Monday through Saturday. They don't have anything on Sundays necessarily. But there are games, bingo, social activities, group karaoke, ice cream socials, and a movie day on Saturday. They have something going on all the time. It's very expensive, but I think they all are. Compared to the other things I looked at, it was more expensive, but it was better than everything.
Awesome people staff
