They were extremely responsive, knowledgeable, courteous, and understanding during this difficult situation with my mother. I am truly grateful and will always be so.
Dekaye Smith was assigned to help with our case in regards to my mother. She was completely knowledgeable of all of the ins and outs of this sometimes complicated process and patiently walked me through each step to get all of our documentation in order. She was very responsive to each and every request for explanation of a particular aspect of the process in a timely manner. It’s not all pleasant things to discuss and figure out but she was calm and focused and explained things completely. I am very happy she was the person I had to engage with in this process. .Thank you Dekaye!
I very pleased to work with the two ladies Floyd and Green. They were very helpful in trying to get my wife approved for medicade. Enjoyed them as they kept me updated all the time what they needed to get her approved and their long hours they spent each day working on approval for medicade.

Gloria was extremely professional and made the experience streamlined from beginning to completion because of her expertise and knowledge of doing things correctly.
