I came by to tour the facility and was very impressed! Everyone I encountered was friendly and smiling, and the facility was very clean and welcoming. I had a great experience and look forward to having my mother come here for her therapy stay.
Very attentive and caring staff. Facility is clean and well kept. Hopeful this will be a wonderful and peaceful long term care home for my mom.❤️
Heights of League City, care facility is superior over its competitors. The business office manager Heather, met with me and helped me step by step through the medicare process. So I could rest assured my mom could have quality care. Amazing staff!
I have had such a great experience with all staff here. They have been so understanding, accommodating and so quick to act with any concern we may have. I was so nervous to place my dad here, but he expresses how he is so happy and living good! Heather (Business office manager) has been especially great with coming in and helping me through the process to get my dad setup with all his insurance stuff. She has made it so comforting knowing I can ask any question and she can answer it, or will find out. Chris (Director) has been great with answering questions and readily available to listen to any questions or concerns we may have as well and acts quickly to fix them. Hannah (Admissions) has been so wonderful in accommodating my dad to make sure he is comfortable with his new home and always follows up if any changes have happened. The Director of nursing and staff (especially Tina, Love, Red, Trinity, Taylor, Trudy and I'm sure there are some names I forgot🫣) are just some of our favorites throughout the facility. The physical therapy department has been a God send. Dad went in not able to walk and now he is walking to get around with his walker independently. They started aggressive therapy and now they continue every other day to keep him moving. We are so happy to have chosen this facility for my father to live in.
Moved my MIL here after dealing with an awful place. After her first week she said she felt like a princess there because she is treated so well. Made my heart so happy!
I just love this place, it is so amazing. Hannah is the best in the world, she is always around to help every. All the nurses and nurses aide are beyond caring and giving. I thank God we found this place. There purpose is to glorify God, and they do. I am so grateful and thankful my heart is full. This place is about serving and loving others. Chef muffin is the best, her breakfast and lunch are made with love and the residents love her meals. Tina is the best nurse, she helps out everyone.
Clean, friendly, professional and accommodating. Our first month here has left nothing to be desired. Every concern or question has been addressed and resolved within a reasonable amount of time. We have not regretted our decision to trust the care of our sister to The Heights of League City
This place is AWFUL. Do NOT leave anyone you care about in this facility. They literally killed my Dad. It smells like urine as soon as you walk in the door, the food they serve is inedible, and the nurses are about the laziest people I have ever seen. The walls have mildew on them with peeling baseboards. Every time I went in to see my Dad he had dirty blankets and the same sheets on his crappy mattress. The facility stole the furniture that we brought in for him and not a single employee ever greeted us when we walked in. This place isn’t suitable for an animal much less human beings. If you aren’t concerned about your loved one’s dignity or happiness, then this is a great place to put them.
