Reunion Plaza

This place is fabulous, can't say enough good thinks about it. The staff and all the help are right on top of every thing & at your beck & call. They have physical& occupational therapy, speech therapy, a gym plus activities everyday. We saw a great music show today before we checked out. I am telling you if you want your loved one truly cared for in a very loving way this is the place to be.

The people here are very even though I'm here for rehab do they get me involved in the community activities of the facility they have taken me to my doctor's appointment and made sure everything was taken care of that very on top of things even the maintenance people have come into my room a couple times this week just to make sure that everything was working properly and if I needed anything the whole facility is involved in everybody's care and John one of the administrators I believe and Cynthia who does the activities think she might be the activities director are too extremely nice…

Our experience with this facility has been concerning. Although staff we met with had some level of concern when issues were raised, there has been little confidence that anything will change.The environment is unsanitary, unsafe, and falls well below acceptable standards of care. Staff appeared inattentive, unresponsive, and lacking professionalism, which directly impacted my brother’s well-being.Based on what we have witnessed, I would strongly advise others to avoid this facility.”
