Resident & family reviews
3.2 · 12 reviewsGreat experience! Took great care of my grandmother. You could tell how much they care about the people that live there. They have made from scratch food at every meal. The owners were very responsive to our needs. This truly is the next best place to bring at home. We can’t appreciate you enough.
My dying mother was brought to this facility and we prepaid for her care. We were told we would get a refund for the time we didn't use if she died. She did die and they are refusing to refund for our unused time. They are now screening our calls and refusing to talk to us. Avoid this facility.
Mike and Adie truly care! They work hard to make sure you are taken care of no matter the time. The staff is great!

This place was started by Karen Krug and the care my mother received while she was owner was great. New owners Mike and Addy Wall purchased it in July 2019. Care has not been horrible but not up to the standard of the previous owner. But worse than that, is the fact that the owners owe me over $3000.00 refund. They have not returned phone calls or texts. Per my contract with Revered Texan, after the death of my mother on June 6, 2020, a refund for the rest of the month was due within 30 days. Like I said no response at all. That is the same as stealing in my book.
Cozy place for Dementia/Alzheimers . We visited 5 places including carriage house . This was a real home. Lots of comfortable chairs. Its not fancy, but there is love and kindness. They know their guests (patients, ) and treat them like family. The kitchen staff is happy, the kitchen is clean. The staff sat with the patients at meal time, knew their food preferences and tended to them. They have nest cams in the common area's. This is a safe comfortable place for an elder who has dementia and needs a cozy quite environment to feel safe in.
This is a terrible place to put a loved one. Accidents , no real care, no activities, no responsibility for meds and doctors care. Don't take your love one there.
The Home was created from a house and added on the house the residents so the over all feel of the facility is that it is really these peoples home, it dose not at all feel like a nursing home or hospital, the staff is all friendly, professional, and highly experanced. unlike most nursing homes revered Texas is a privately owned facility that only houses thirteen residents at a time, so there is individual care for each person. the residents are given daily activities and home cooked meals often the family members of the residents would come on a daily basis and all eat meals together.
