Ross went above and beyond to assist us with the care coordination and made the transition of moving our mother into this lovely facility seamless and stress-free. From the moment mom arrived, we felt a real sense of a family atmosphere. The caring and experienced staff provide an exceptional level of attention, which gives us a true sense of security and comfort knowing she is in the best hands. We visited the Richmond Healthcare facility last Saturday and spoke with Ross, Director of Marketing, and Silvana, CNA, for about two to three hours regarding our concerns and worries about placing my mom in a facility. Ross and Silvana answered all of our questions and made us feel extremely comfortable about placing my mother in the Memory Care Unit. Ross has been especially helpful throughout the admissions process and has assisted us with every question we’ve had along the way. Today, we placed my mom in the facility, and the transition was very smooth. She transitioned from being cared for at home into a memory care unit where she can receive 24-hour care, seven days a week. Today, we also met with Takeysha, Mary, and several other staff members, and everyone was very helpful in making the transition as smooth and comfortable as possible for my mom. They were patient, compassionate, and supportive while assisting us with all of our questions and concerns during this difficult transition.
