stopped in tonight to visit and the elevator is STILL out. Over a month!!! when I asked the receptionist if there was any update on the elevator repair she replied "which one". there are MULTIPLE elevators not functioning! this is NOT Safe update 4/19/2026 not surprised but Ridgmar STILL has elevators that are not operational. Todays version is Elevator A.
Staff members and residents here are so amazing and kind very grateful!🙏🏼

Clean facility, nice staff, and excellent service & residents.
We were there to visit our cousin and she was having some serious issues breathing so we push the emergency button and the on staff. Caregiver ran upstairs and started taking care of her and called 911 for us and stayed with her until 911 got there. She definitely went above and beyond as far as caring and comforting.
Elevator D is broken AGAIN. And it's been broken for weeks. And so the elderly residents are supposed to run down the stairs to dinner? Don't pretend accessibility and safety are important, because if they were - you would fix the elevator. I don't want to talk to your leadership team to hear excuses -- just fix the elevator.. PS - Have you fixed the broken elevator yet?
Thanksgiving lunch was delicious and the servers were all smiling, friendly and caring of the residents.
