All of the staff are very down to earth. They have an amazing administrator and MDS nurse who have always cared for their residents. They have a great team!!

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAUGE!!! •Baths are apparently non-existant! •Nails will never get trimmed- even if you request it several times! •Ants are crawling in resident’s beds biting them! •Will not check on unresponsive residents for HOURS! (GOTTA CALL PERAMETICS YOURSELF IF YOU NEED THEM!) •Aides are very rude and UNPROFESSIONAL! We’re suppose to be able to trust these folks with our loved ones.. but unfortunately, you can’t trust these!!!

i would not put my dog in that place they will let your family lay there dirty for months an let ants eat you up, an if they become unresponsive dont exspect the nurses to come in an check an see whats going on because they will let your loved one lay there an die unless you call 911 yourself which you will have to do because they wont, they are more interested in there phone then taking care of there patients PLEASE DONT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE IN THERE THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF THEM

I regret to share that my dad's experience at Adar Healthcare was far from satisfactory. The facility is plagued by understaffing, leading to subpar conditions that resemble more of a prison than a healthcare center. The food quality is abysmal, and our visit coincided with a state inspection due to numerous violations. Despite a few compassionate individuals, the overall atmosphere is disheartening. It's puzzling how they maintain a 5-star rating, which appears misleading and possibly influenced. Transparency and urgent improvements are crucial for the well-being of residents. Honest feedback is essential for meaningful change.
