Rosa's Angel Care

I don’t even know if they are still open- but after Rosa died- someone in her family took over. First thing I noticed was lab puppy tied up with 3 foot leash in hot sun with no shade and water bowl with dirt and leaves and no water. They had left him there for 3 days like that. I was told that Acosta bought that dog then went out of town and they were not going to feed or water it- not their responsibility. Of course, I got dog water and shade and called animal control- they then decided to put puppy in pen in back of property where they fed it once a week by putting paint buckets full of dried food. They never let him out to run or relieve himself- during ice storm- fog only had ice, mud, and poop to lie down on - He had no human contact or other animal co tact - dogs are social animals and that is torture for them. Then I went inside-

Rosa took not only our grandfather in but our entire family and treated us like we were her own family. You will have piece of mind leaving your family member in her hands and know that they are getting 24 hour care that is needed.
