I had a wonderful experience touring this assisted living community. Amie was very kind, welcoming, and professional. She took the time to provide us with all the information we needed, answered every question we had, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the visit. What stood out the most was how welcomed she made me and my family feel. It felt like we belonged there and that our loved one would be cared for in a warm and supportive environment. We truly appreciate the time and kindness she showed us during our visit.
Rosemont is an incredible facility that is known for excellent resident care, clean environment, and engaging activities. The caregivers treat the residents like their own family ensuring that care is implemented with dignity and respect. Everyone should have a peace of mind knowing that their loved one is placed in a safe, happy, and well take cared of. Highly recommend!
I stopped by Rosemont Memory Care with just a quick question while I'm in the process of relocating and looking for a place for a loved one. I honestly wasn't expecting much since it was a Saturday, but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very welcoming from the moment I walked in. A young lady named Dawn was there and offered to give me a tour even though I hadn't scheduled anything. She took the time to answer all of my questions and was incredibly warm, friendly, and easy to talk to. What I appreciated most was that she didn't make me feel rushed. She took the time to answer all of my questions and was incredibly warm, friendly, and easy to talk to. What I appreciated most was that she didn't make me feel rushed. She even shared some helpful tips on things to look for when touring memory care communities and recommended a few good places to eat since I'm new to the area. One thing that really stood out was when I asked a couple of questions about my loved one's insurance and whether relocating would affect anything. She answered what she could, but instead of guessing, she told me they had an insurance professional who could help answer any additional questions and guide me in the right direction. I left feeling like they genuinely cared about helping people, not just filling rooms. If Dawn and the rest of the staff are a reflection of what Rosemont is all about, then this is definitely a place worth considering. I'm very glad I stopped in.
My family and I had a wonderful tour that was both informative and compassionate. Dawn was incredibly helpful and patient in answering all of our questions. She also took the time to explain the transition process should our loved one ever need to move into memory care. We truly appreciated her knowledge, kindness, and willingness to help our family understand all of the available options.
The staff is amazing. Always doing fun things for the residents. Dressing up, movie nights, celebration parties. Mom is getting the best care and support possible.
Thank you to Rosemont! The love and compassion this facility shows to its residents is unparalleled. I know that my grandmother is loved and taken care of and I cannot thank you enough for that. Each time we visit, we are greeted with kindness from the staff. This time period is one that is hard for our family and we are so grateful for the support that Rosemont gives. My absolute favorite part is seeing the updates and images of her havung fun from the games that are played to the special celebration days since we cannot be there for everything. Rosemont goes above and beyond in its care. The staff are the best! And most importantly, my grandmother is happy. We are truly grateful for the smiles they bring and all they do.
We toured several facilities in the Kingwood area looking for a place for our dad. We toured with Dawn and she had the biggest and brightest personality, we knew this would be a good fit. During our tour we sat down with Amie and you could tell she knew her stuff. We were made to feel at ease as this was not an easy decision. Our dad has had nothing but good things to say since he moved in.
Just wanted to write a review about my experience at Rosemont. My grandmother is a resident and she loves this facility and all of the staff. We were at another community and it didn't feel like home. From our first meeting with the executive director Amie Mcnatty we knew we found the right place. There are plenty of activities to keep her busy, and she talks about all the new friends she has made. I would highly recommend this community to anyone in need.
