4.9 · 41 reviewsWonderful staff, clean, well-kept facility, happy, well-kept residents, great food and caring people. Also, convenient location to my home. It will be perfect for my loved one.
Had a close relative here for 4 yrs. The care received was Awesome. Judy was great with setup and admin. The healthcare, facilities and helping men and women provided care, dignity, compassion, empathy and patience. Having visited many nursing facilities prior (due to work) this one stands head and shoulders above all others. I would not hesitate to have them care for another family member or myself if/when the time comes.
I cannot say enough about the administration at this great community, in particularly, Judy, whose passion for care is incredible. Being in this industry, I know firsthand that when a community, such as the Bradford, has a leadership whose core values are rooted in dignity, sense of purpose and open/transparent communication, it always extends to residents and family. I don't live in Houston, but if I did, I would absolutely reach out to them for a loved one of mine.

Best place I could have ever put my dad. Excellent staff. Wonderful people , I never had to ask for anything more than once...
1-8 would all be a 5. They were so much better than the [community removed] which is where we moved mom from. The love and care mom received was amazing. I would recommend the Bradford to anyone looking for a memory care community. They invited us to thanksgiving, we stop in occasionally and visit with staff, everyone loved mom and it showed.
We moved mom to The Bradford December 2023. We moved from another memory care community that we were unhappy with. The difference was night and day. Enough staff to care for residents 100% of the time. The most loving and caring group we could have asked for. Mom passed at the end of July, but the time at The Bradford exceeded out expectations and kept mom engaged until the end. I believe you choose memory care over a nursing facility for the mental stimulation of your loved one, The Bradford provided a high level.
We would give the staff and the facility a 4+, they both were very nice.
Have already recommended to a friend and he moved his family member to the Bradford. Staff is great and they really work at engaging residents.
