Pelican Pointe Nursing and Rehab (San Rafael)(previous name) is a wonderful nursing facility! The team are compassionate about the residents. There are always different activities for the residents to enjoy! The rehab team work diligently together to help each resident improve their quality of life! I would recommend this nursing facility to anyone I know.

I really feel safe and your physical therapy team is great I like everything about this place.
Pelican Pointe (San Rafael) is a great facility. The staff are all warm and welcoming, they keep their residents up and joyful with their many activities and parties, and have a great team of therapists to get their residents healthy and moving again. I would definitely recommend this facility for nursing and rehab needs to anyone of my loved ones.
i bought my daughter TWO phones and a tablet. ALL THREE WERE STOLEN!!! STAFF COULDNT CARE LESS!!! STAFF KNOWS/TOLD ME THAT MY DAUGHTERS ROOMMATE IS A THIEF THERE. Have they done anything about it? HELL NO!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! IF I WROTE ALL MY COMPLAINTS, I WOULD HAVE TO WRITE A BOOK!!!! VERY POOR CARE. They take your money and thats ALL they do!!!!!! And the photo displayed on google of patients rooms must have been taken some where else!! Rooms look nothing that nice!!!!!!
I just left there a week ago and I'm glad to be out. Some of the employees are good but you also have some not do good. I wish more people would go see relative on weekends. They don't have enough staff. People are always calling in on weekends. It's a tomb there on weekends. Roaches and flies always there
If you can leave your loved one anywhere else do so! Do not recommend. Unless your loved one is talking, walking and moving around great, do not leave here!!
