I visited the Sedona Place in Fort Worth yesterday. I went on a tour with Lina of the place. She showed me various apartments and their amenities. She was so patient with my questions. She took time to explain everything that the complex has to offer. She showed the grounds, different apartments for me to decide on the one I want. She explained that the place was unique at even though it is a Senior Living Facility it was an apartment for 55 and above. It actually felt more like apartment and comfortable. I haven’t lived in an a in almost 3 decades. And coming to check this place out was a very nice atmosphere to see everything. I feel that I will enjoy living here because everyone that I came in contact with were so polite. And the fact I can take my furbabies with me is great. So to Ms. Lina thank you for being so helpful, kind, patient, polite, and very informative about everything at Sedona Place. I know I will enjoy myself there. It will be my new home close to family and things that I want to do from day to day.

We had a thorough and courteous tour with Lina and found Sedona Place a great fit. She answered all of our questions and concerns. We look forward to my parent's new chapter as a future residence.

I am very pleased with our new staff Gabi and Lina . They have made many new and needed changes. They keep us up to date on all that is going on and for me communicating is very important.

Please be cautious if you’re considering renting here. What once felt like a safe, resident‑focused community has declined under the new management, 'amenities' advertised as 'gated community' specifically the gates have been unreliable. Our mom’s car was vandalized and her catalytic converter and oxygen sensor were stolen, very recently —an unexpected and significant expense for someone on a fixed income. Until management restores timely, consistent maintenance with 'amenities' and demonstrates greater care for residents, I can’t recommend this community to others.

They have new management and that being said it’s going downhill. Is supposed to be a secure place for seniors. The security gates have been broken for over 2 months. Inexcusable. They went up on rent but have not done nothing. There has been no maintenance crew to take care of just basic repairs. The front office is like a ghost town.

Sedona Place once was a lovely, friendly and exceptional place to live! It was home and everyone was family. But a new management team took over this summer and things have gone downhill. No maintenance on site, part time front desk and management. Somedays - no one is aroung during office hours. They raised our rents and lowered amenities. Staff doesn't seem to know what is going on and there is minimum communications from them. You ask a question and they say I'll have to get back to you. So sad!!!!

I toured twice within 2 weeks and was really impressed and excited about the property. Was never asked to complete an application and communication was not the best but I think they were all new employees still in training. I went ahead and renewed the lease where I am currently living but when my lease is up again I will definitely see how things are going at Sedona ... I really like the property.

They will let you know if your credit drops a point or just out right give your apartment to someone else
