The staff goes the extra mile to provide support to the residents while demonstrating a genuine care for them through acts of kindness and compassion. My Mom has lived at Seguin Assisted Living a combined time frame of 5 years. The environment is peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. The staff goes the extra mile to provide support to the residents while demonstrating a genuine care for them through acts of kindness and compassion. There is a robust activity schedule made available to the residents that includes daily exercise, social gatherings, church services, and more. Cozy and beautifully decorated gathering spaces create the feel of a true home. In addition, they provide beautiful decorations during celebration seasons throughout the year that make the environment festive and fun! Seguin Assisted Living is a light in the community and a wonderful place that is operated with grace and excellence.
Seguin Assisted Living seemed nice and all the residents seemed like they were really happy and enjoying being there. The facility looked good. It was an older building, but it was well-maintained, and it was clean. It just looked like a nice place, the rooms were a little bigger, and it was a little better run than the other places. They had a lot of social rooms. All the staff seemed very friendly. They were interacting with the residents, which is nice.
I play the piano for these folks. I have played there for years and I've never seen better care in Seguin. I totally recommend these folks for your loved ones!

My grandmother and grandfather lived here for three years. When my grandfather passed away earlier this year, we decided it would be best to move my grandmother closer to us in San Antonio. My grandmother paid for her room until the end of this month. We showed up TODAY to get the rest of her things... Come to find out they already moved someone else into her room, and proceeded to dump ALL of her belongings into the public dining room. Not only that, they SHREDDED her medical paperwork! Her personal information!! It’s deeply saddening and disturbing that after three years of paying these people, they would treat my family like this. If you are considering moving a loved one into this facility, PLEASE DO NOT. These actions show the lack of care they have for the people who live there.
Great people, Great staff, Great food. I plan my visits around the Fried chicken! The administrator is also the owner, unique in today's world. My kids raid the ice cream box upon arrival. Overall I feel blessed my loved one lives there.
I visited Seguin Assisted Living, and it was very good. Their facilities are the same as the other community I visited. The units are a little smaller but during lunchtime I saw that they were serving ravioli, some kind of salad, and dessert. The food looked very good, and it looks like you can have any beverage of your choice. The residents looked very happy talking to each other while eating away. The person who accommodated me was very helpful, and she prepared some handout materials for me.
My ex-wife and I just dropped in and were met by the dietary manager. He just took us on the grand tour, and answered all of our questions. He also introduced us to many of the residents that gave them very high praise! By the time we got home, we got a call from one of the owners, who put us on a very short list. I was very impressed by everything. Now I just need to adjust my income to see how I can afford it. It is not cheap, but it is the best I've seen for the price.
We looked at Seguin Assisted Living. It is only a 5-minute walk from our house, but they are always fully booked. They have very nice people. The facility is very clean, very comfortable, and very affordable.
