Serenity Angels Assisted Living

We found a little old lady that seemed to have dementia walking and lost. We had her in our possession and called the cops and about 40 minutes later the cops beat on the door and the worker came over didn’t know the lady was missing. The caregiver said one thing to the cops. “Are we free to go” I don’t think this place should be in business to care for the elderly after seeing this. I pray this is seen by the right person and something gets done about this before she ends up hurt or worse. Nothing about this is settling easy with me.

I'm a resident of Haswell street who has been dealing with these folks for awhile. Staff is unfriendly now has even more dogs. All they do is bark and whine all hours of the day. At this point this place makeshifts as a puppy mill as well. As someone who has family in Healthcare I'm unsure how the landlord or owners allow so many dogs in an establiment like this. Please think about this before you consider using their services. If they can't care of their dogs and are LOSING patients (as previous reviewer stated) then how are they going to care for your loved ones? Not to mention they're…
