5.0 · 2 reviewsI toured Serenity at Briarcrest. What I like about it is the security of the mailboxes inside. The model that I saw was very clean. The people were nice. It's a talkative community. Everybody's a community there. It's a great place. They look out for each other there. The staff was very nice, and they were just over the top. The rooms they showed me were nice.
I put a deposit down. I didn't dislike anything. I was comfortable with the people and the apartments they showed me. It was great. It's an older place, but it's clean. I liked the staff. We communicated right off. The floor was spotless, and the walls were clean. There wasn't dust everywhere. It was nice. Even the apartment that they showed me that needed some work done in it was spotless. It was great. It was not very bright in the entry, but surprisingly it had a friendly atmosphere. That's where they make up for it, the greeting at the counter. The rooms were great. They're good-sized…
