There is a New owner and the house is called Shady Trails Assisted Living. The owner is not putting the new name out there. Wonder why? Oh! Because those who had their loved one there would tell you the health care, food and engagement was just alarming🫣 Our experience was maybe 1⭐️ I will gladly post on Shady Trails if she creates a place to explain.
Serenity sold. Get this place updated! Now called Shady Trails Assisted Living and we had an awful experience there. The health care, food and engagement should be questioned! There was constant turnover of staff.

The food is bare minimum and not always well balanced. We took fruit to my dad to make sure he got some. Owner didn’t listen to our concerns about our dad and staff never learned the basics of our dads care. Dark dreary house and with little interaction. Smaller isn’t better

really rude, called to ask for more information and was flabbergasted at the rude receptionist who answered the phone. would never place my family here.
We have been most pleased with the owners and staff these past few months. Mother seems to be content, the facility continues to be spotless and fresh. The staff is caring and attentive to her needs. We recommend Serenity at Cedar Park.
