Solea Tavolo is an apartment complex. It is not a care facility. Most of the tenants work full time. There is an office staff only. An ownership change happened in [date removed], and only the community director and maintenance worker remained. Part time, temporary workers were hired to assist in the office and housekeeping. A Community Director, a Sales Manager, an office assistant, a maintenance worker, and a housekeeper for the public areas. An ownership change happened in [date removed], and only the community director and maintenance worker remained. Part time, temporary workers were hired to assist in the office and housekeeping. The property sits on a hilltop that has been stripped for development. The hallways are open and the wind blows constantly throughout. The courtyard and pool area are nicely landscaped and the dog park is huge and well maintained. During my time there, the security gates functioned off and on. There are movie nights and social gatherings. I liked my apartment. I was on the 4th floor and had a beautiful western view from my balcony. First floor apartments have a small, fenced yard space but four A/C compressors are in each yard. I think Solea is a nice place to live in for active adults who are independent. It is not an assisted or care facility. I know this doesn't answer your survey but I hope it gives you a better answer to your questions. Basically, it is an upscale apartment complex that is struggling to improve with a dedicated staff that is trying their best but is understaffed and overwhelmed.

I am very pleased with everything that I renewed the lease for 15 months. Yes, I highly recommend this community to other families based on the experience I have had so far.

I love living here. I picked this community because of the location, amenities and friendly, staff, and residents

This is a 55+ active adult community. No care, no meals/dining available. Most of the residents work full time. Activities are limited, pot luck dinners and movies weekly. Occasionally, some "Aging is cool" activities but are poorly attended. There has been an owner change since I moved here. Hopefully, new owners will be more concerned about maintenance. First floor units experience standing water in small yards with any rain. Entrance door to my building has standing water of 1-3 inches after rain. Only 3 elevators available and 2 of those have been out of order twice in my time here. The management staff here is very friendly but are short staffed since owner change. I do feel the new owners are working to upgrade the property. I do not intend to renew my lease at this time. My apartment is wonderful and I was given a good rate for it. My home is an odd, triangular shape and hard to rent, but it suits me. I would prefer a more standard apartment complex. When I think of "A Place for Mom ", I think of someone one needs occasional help. Something like hanging pictures, moving furniture, or assembling something. This is not that place. Solea is for someone who wants a quiet place with no maintenance. There are no children, no loud parties. All activities are over by nine pm. By ten pm most of the apartments are dark.

The staff changes are frequent, but all of the facilities are nice and good.

Caterers are mediocre and residents are expected to provide a lot [name removed]has brought food often which is a ++ for her. I expected more food provided and I think that would be good to know. Especially that there are a fair number of resident bring food events. Everyone enjoys different things and we can't all be happy with all the activities. Pick what you like and be grateful for those. Do something else if the activity doesn't appeal to you. I love living at Solea and I feel like the community saved me after my husband died. They offered friendship, camaraderie, places to go and things to do! I did not become an apartment hermit!! And I have a real sense of family. I think it's important to get out and about if you want to live a healthy life and no building can do that. You have to take some steps to meet people halfway

I love living here at Solea Tavolo Park 55+ Active Apartments. My husband and I have lived here a little over a year now. The staff is so friendly and caring. Whenever I’ve had an issue or a concern the office has help me resolve the problem to the best of their ability. I have enjoyed the workout classes and all the extra activities that are offered. We also have enjoyed the Friday afternoon happy hours getting to know the new residents or just visiting with our new friends. The residents here are awesome. We care about each other and try to help each other whenever a resident is in need.

The staff was great and the apartment was very nice, clean, and new with a beautiful pool. I guess liked the least would be parking, just not a lot of guest spaces, they full up quick. We chose them not only because they were the best price and location, they were also brand new, no one had ever lived in that unit before. It's a really pretty place.
