I have worked with Lauren for well over a year and have visited the community many times. Her kindness, beautiful smile and gentle approach make every client feel comfortable and valued—she is never pushy, only caring and helpful. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lauren Dean and the team at Solstice Senior Living at Plano! I have worked with Lauren for well over a year and have visited the community many times. Her kindness, beautiful smile and gentle approach make every client feel comfortable and valued—she is never pushy, only caring and helpful. I’ve watched Liz the best activity director in action and her joy is contagious . The entire team creates such a joyful, welcoming atmosphere. Solstice Senior Living at Plano is a premiere independent living senior community with excellent dining, engaging activities and a caring staff. Kolbee Kurtz the ED is exceptional and Sheree Gough the Sales Director will help you with your leasing needs. I would recommend this community to anyone that is looking.
Solstice Senior Living at Plano is a great place to bring your love one. Very friendly staff always have activities going on. Very helpful and go beyond to call of duty. Very nice place. Come check them out.

I WOULD NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! The administration especially the director, [name removed], was the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in my life. She had no empathy for the residents, treated my parents horribly and literally laughed in my face when trying to talk with her about this. We moved my parents to [faciltiy name removed] and it is complete night and day! So much better! I wouldn't put my worst enemy in solstice unless their staff changed!
They were absolutely amazing...I give them 5 stars in everything. The staff was truly amazing very friendly and helpful.
We’re so happy to have my mom-in-law here! Lots of activities if she wants and a good sized studio which fits her downsizing just fine. The staff and volunteers are awesome. There are visiting doctors we’ve yet to meet but will schedule appointments with tomorrow. So much to do with a move and Solstice has been very accommodating. We feel she’s in good hands.
My grandma lives here and loves it! The staff is so nice and takes good care of her.
