They have quality activities throughout every day, planned to Bring joy and laughter, enrichment, and education, and entertainment as well. There activities are So fun for the members. They are the best in memory care.
My mother has been at Silverado Southlake Memory Care for 2 years. Overall, this is a well-run facility that I would recommend. Some of the things I like are: -Monthly events with invites for family – well organized, entertaining, good food. -Facebook updates with photos -Multiple Facilitator-led activities every day – see good participation when a facilitator leads activities and reaching out of facilitator to individual residents - Helpful friendly responses from receptionist both on weekday and weekends when I call my mother since I am out of state. -Decorations for holidays and events is…

My mother has been at Silverado Southlake Memory Care for 2 years. Overall, this is a well-run facility that I would recommend. Some of the things I like are: -Monthly events with invites for family – well organized, entertaining, good food. -Facebook updates with photos -Multiple Facilitator-led activities every day – see good participation when a facilitator leads activities and reaching out of facilitator to individual residents - Helpful friendly responses from receptionist both on weekday and weekends when I call my mother since I am out of state. -Decorations for holidays and events is good. Fresh flowers weekly - 6 month Care plan call with family to review status and any areas of concern from family - Nexxus administrator reaches out weekly to family members with photos of my mother. - Family members are welcomed to visit and join in daily activities.
What can I say about Silverado Southlake Memory Care other than they are the best most caring people, the entire staff . They have treated my Uncle with the greatest of care , and concern for his well being. The director of the Nexus care is Tammie and since I live in a different state she helps keep me aware of what is going on. If your loved one needs a place to get help with Alzheimer's in North Texas this is the place to go.

The facility is beautifully designed, with bright, inviting spaces that promote comfort and community. Many staff members have been there for years, showcasing their dedication and genuine connection to the residents. With engaging activities tailored to residents' interests, Silverado fosters an enriching atmosphere where everyone feels valued. It’s a place where families can trust their loved ones will be well cared for and cherished.
I visited 16+ memory care facilities when searching for a home for my mother. Silverado Southlake stood out as a shining star among a bunch of rusty nails. Many places I visited overmedicated the residents and pushed them in front a TV. At Silverado, there are engagements and activities throughout the day for ALL the residents, regardless of their capabilities. There is little turnover among staff, and my mother is safe, loved and treated with dignity and respect. Their NEXUS program for high-functioning memory care patients is exceptional. ALL memory care facilities are expensive, but not all provide good care. RUN, don't walk, to Silverado.

Silverado is one of the best memory care in the community. 24/7 nursing care on site. There is no limits to the level of care offered. It’s always a service with a smile. Their staff is extremely kind and very thoughtful with individualized care. I would recommend them to my own family.
