Spring Creek Assisted Living

Spring Creek is an amazing community that was actually recommended to me on another tour. Walking in put me at ease like no other place did! The staff truly does everything they can to ensure the well being of the residents. Edna -the Executive Director - is very compassionate and provided so much information on multiple occasions. Nurse Latoya is the Wellness Director and familiarizes herself with resident care needs. Vincent, the Sales Director, keeps all the residents laughing. Ms. Judy at the front desk is the warmest receptionist I’ve ever met and is so sweet. Look no further if you need an affordable assisted living in a picturesque neighborhood. They took amazing care of my grandmother and she was very engaged in all the activities they provide.

Spring Creek is a beautiful community. The courtyard is a great place for my parents to relax. The community recently was renovated and it looks great. Vincent, the Sales Director is fantastic! Edna the Executive Director is very sweet and is always available. Latoya is the Wellness Director and you could not ask for a better person to oversee your loved ones care needs. I highly recommend checking them out if you are in need of an affordable assisted living. They offer an all-inclusive pricing package which helped me plan my parents financial future.

We moved my mom into Juniper Village at Spring Creek almost a year ago. I was nervous, as most children are, about the level of care she would receive and whether she would be happy and safe. ALL of my fears were completely unnecessary! The staff, from the Executive Director on down, are all professional, accessible, caring and compassionate. They treat all of the residents with respect, and as individuals. There is no "institutional" feel, but rather a comforting residential atmosphere. The families are welcomed and encouraged to participate in activities and to share any concerns they might have about their loved one. A couple of weeks ago, my mom turned 101. As I walked with her to our family celebration, every single staff member that we encountered called her by name, wished her a Happy Birthday, and added a personal comment. It meant the world to me and to my mother. I am so thankful that our family is part of the Juniper Village community. New note: My mom was put on hospice and passed away May 24, 2024. The Spring Creek staff could not have been more supportive of mother and my family during that difficult time. They were caring and kind, and they all went the extra mile to ensure that my mother was comfortable and treated with compassion and respect. Losing a parent is traumatic, but it could have been so much worse! I am grateful for the care she (and I) received at Spring Creek.

Juniper Village @ Spring Creek Assisted Living is exemplary in every way. Under strong leadership, their carrying staff consistently deliver exceptional service.

Value for the money is about a 10 !!!! HIGHLY recommend Juniper for a place that is lower in cost than most assisted living places. They have the nicest staff!! They cared For what was going on in my family like they were relatives! Almost all the staff has been there for many years, so that speaks really well about the place!
