Amazing staff and service! Really recommend this nursing home

I visit my abuelo at St. Giles every week, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the care and environment there. A special thank you to April, who is now the Admissions Coordinator and previously worked as a receptionist. She is always so kind, welcoming, caring, and helpful. My abuelo absolutely adores her — she takes the time to talk/connect with him and makes him feel special and cared for. It means so much to see someone treat residents with such genuine compassion and respect. St. Giles is so fortunate to have her on their team!

I’ve had such a great impression of this nursing and rehabilitation center. The staff truly cares about their residents and treat them with so much patience, kindness, and respect. You can tell they go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and supported. It’s reassuring to know our community has a place like this that prioritizes both quality care and compassion.

Well I feel Saint Giles is a very clean nursing home, Brittney that does their marketing is very nice and gets things done Angela the administrator is also very professional and always is willing to help, the staff receptionist are also very professional, The nursing department has really stepped it up, they are doing a great job, what has turned sour is the Activities director , they show preference on certain residents and pick and choose who they will take on outings, they need to get all residents involved regardless. They dont keep there residents engaged in activities, they are just usually walking around and residents in there rooms. That’s the only down fall at this Facility
