SunRidge at Desert Springs

Great place! After much research I’m glad I chose this place for Dad. The staff is friendly and kind. Veronica the nurse is very knowledgeable and on top of things. My dad who suffers from dementia states he’s comfortable and content. I highly recommend this place. I praise and thank all the staff.

Sunridge at Desert Springs is a beautiful assisted living facility with a beautiful, green courtyard. I know that memory care residents are benefited by being housed with assisted living residents, but I think my mother would become depressed thinking that would be her future state and would rapidly go downhill. I will not be placing my mother there. Sorry.

[Name removed] and her staff are great! My mother is early onset Alzheimer’s and so she doesn’t think she should be there. The staff helped to make her feel like she was there to help others and now she is coming out of her apartment,ore often and engaging with others. Her meds are administered on time and staff call me with concerns. I highly recommend Desert Springs as it is a smaller community and very caring environment.

My Mother has lived at Sun Ridge at Desert Springs for 8 years. She has been very well cared for and treated like a beloved family member. It is a homelike environment that is clean, bright and nicely furnished. The employees/caregivers treat the residents like family and I appreciate the fact that they always let me know the slightest change in my Mother's condition. I know I can drop by any time and my Mom will be in clean clothing and ready for company. It makes me feel good knowing that Mom is well taken care of when I can't be with her and she is happy and she has always genuinely seemed to genuinely liked the staff. If I ever have a concern or issue I know I can go to the director and have questions answered and problems solved right away. That gives me peace of mind and the knowledge that Mom is safe and comfortable.

My husband has been well cared for at Desert Springs. He is always treated with respect and is clean and happy. I visit every day and know how hard the staff works to do a good job for their residents. Amanda Choe is always responsive to any concerns and often helps the residents at meals and with other duties... far beyond what most directors do! Veronica, the nurse is always on top of things & is a tremendous asset for resident care. I would recommend Dessert Springs to anyone!
