The staff truly care about each resident and many of the staff have been with Sunrise for several years. They take time listen to residents' needs and take actions accordingly. The community is welcoming and kind. They have many activities to keep the community active and engaged.
They have an amazing community. My grandmother loved it there. It was clean, the staff is very welcoming and caring. I highly recommend sunrise. When I had questions about her statements the business office was very informative and responded in a timely matter.
Sunrise Is such a wonderful community with an incredible team. As a home care agency service seniors in the DFW area, we have had the opportunity to work with many communities and this one truly stands out. From the warmth you feel when you first walk through the doors to the exceptional care that the staff provides is truly impressive. Nikki, Toi, Adrine and the entire staff do an exceptional job in making sure every resident receives quality care. we highly recommend this community to families seeking quality care in a warm loving and engaging environment.

I have been with Sunrise Hillcrest for over seven years and let me tell you this is a great place to live. I have worked in several Senior retirement facilities and this is the best one ever. The food is great, I’ve had it. The staff is great, and the residents are always looking great and happy! Their hairdresser is caring, and does a great job, love her. Come on in and see us. We’ll welcome you with open arms.!!
Recently visited my neighbor who just moved to this facility. The staff is very nice and the facility has a homey feel.
Sunrise is the best very well staffed and very caring
This is a great community with great staff, I’m happy I found Sunrise for my dad. He’s really been taken care off and happy with his stay!
